Nice and clean. Close to the airport - there is even a gas station between the airport and the hotel to easily top off my rent-a-car. Breakfast was excellent. Staff attentive. I would certainly stay there again. Wireless internet worked great.

Room was nice and the staff were cheerful and friendly but when I tried to have a cup of tea in the restaurant all the cups were stained and dirty looking and even had lipstick on the rim of the cup. I finally used a paper cup.

$235... If your boss isn't paying for it, don't stay!

#1. I was told that we would have a room with two beds, but the room had one king size bed instead. I had to share it with a sick child.
#2. The bed was as hard as a rock.
#3. The pillows were worse. Worse night sleep I have ever had in a Hilton - or any other Hotel.
#4. The bathroom did not have a fan. After a shower, the mirrors were fogged and had to open the door to the hotel hallway to finally get it unfogged. My child was ill and had to do the door trick again to get fresh air.
#5. The bathroom was very small and had only one sink.
#6. The room came with a chair, foot stool, and a metal office chair. Higher end hotels AT LEAST have some kind of couch/love seat in the room as well as a table to sit at. Was not relaxing at all.
#7. The A/C unit (or whatever it was) was sooooooo loud that I had to keep it off.
#8. 2 warm water bottles were left on a desk with a letter addressed to Mr. "Smith" thanking him for staying there. Did Mr. "Smith" leave the water behind or was it for the next guests?
The fianl cost....$235....this is the lowest room rate. The rate didn't bother me, but I expected much, much more quality for a Hilton. I would guess that if you stayed at an ordinary chain hotel, you would pay about $65-$75 for this room and be satisfied.
To stay there while on vacation - save your money and spend it elsewhere.
If you are flying into or out of Raleigh, the location is perfect for you.
If your boss or company is paying for it, it's perfect!
